A shipping fee of $9.78 is charged for each order, but the fee will be credited towards any items you choose to keep. In other words, shipping is free if you buy something from each shipment. Nadine West also offers a one-time courtesy rollover of the $9.78 fee to the next shipment, should you not wish to purchase anything in your first package. - How Are Nadine West Returns Handled?
Returns are easy with Nadine West, provided the merchandise is in new, unused condition. Each shipment you receive includes a prepaid returns label, and if there’s anything in your package that you don’t want, for any reason, simply mail it back within 10 days of the shipment date. The return-by date will be clearly marked on each invoice.
