• What Is Mountain Warehouse’s Returns Policy?

Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt. Returns must include the return form found in your order, or the return will be rejected. Contact customer service if your order did not arrive with a return form enclosed. U.S. customers can print a prepaid return label (different from the return form) by contacting Mountain Warehouse customer service.

Your return must be sent in its original packaging, or its equivalent, and have its original tags still attached. Items, including shoes, must be unworn and accompanied by proof of purchase. Items identified as faulty after 30 days may be returned by contacting customer service.

• Does Mountain Warehouse Offer Price Matching?

Yes. Mountain Warehouse price matches before and after you buy. Products must be the same color, season and size. They must also be new, in stock and publicly advertised online at the time of matching.
