Refurbished Products

If you change your mind on your refurbished item, you’ll need to return it to the store or garage that you collected it from within 14 days of purchase. Please note the item must be returned unused in it’s original packaging with an unbroken seal and proof of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights. If your item is found to be faulty after 30 days, you have a 3 month manufacturer warranty from date of purchase.

Ways to return your items

If you need to return an item we’ll happily offer a refund as long as this is within 28 days of delivery, in its original packaging and you have proof of purchase.

There are three easy ways to return your item(s):

• in-store
• in-garage
• by post
• by courier.

For exchanges or to return an item collected in store, please visit one of our stores. However, please note that for items collected at a garage, we do not yet currently offer exchanges or repairs and so you can only return the item for a refund.

You can return an item for free at the store from which it was collected, but if you choose to return by post you’ll need to cover the cost of postage. However, if the item you’re returning is faulty we’ll refund the postage once we’ve received the item and checked the fault.
