Enso offers a refund or an exchange on most items within 90 days of your purchase. Products they don’t allow returns on include clearance items and Inked rings. Engraving fees aren’t refunded. You can, however, exchange an engraved ring if it doesn’t fit as long as you pay the cost of another engraving. The first exchange on an Enso ring for size is free. You’ll have to pay shipping and handling for any subsequent exchanges over the size.
